About Sylvia Humphreys

What do you enjoy most about your line of work? With years of experience under my belt, I’ve learned that listening—truly listening—is one of the most valuable skills in real estate. It’s deeply fulfilling to guide buyers and sellers to that magic moment when everything aligns: the house is right, the price is right, and everyone is truly satisfied with the outcome. What’s your favorite part about working with Future Real Estate? Future Real Estate is the perfect blend of modern technology and genuine human connection. We care deeply about our clients and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards. It’s more than real estate—it’s trust, service, and heart. What personal attributes make you a great REALTOR®I take immense pride in what I do. Real estate isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about building lasting relationships. With over 20 years of experience, I know how to make what can feel like an overwhelming process both fun and seamless. My goal is to provide the best possible service, every time. How do you build relationships with your customers? Today’s clients are smart—they’ve done their homework and can spot insincerity from a mile away. That’s why I lead with honesty and transparency. I always act in my clients’ best interest, even when it means taking the harder road. Doing what’s right is non-negotiable. A few fun facts about me: I absolutely love Alamogordo, New Mexico! After growing up in Germany and living throughout Europe, I’ve come to truly appreciate the unique beauty of this place—the desert in the morning, mountains by afternoon, and those unforgettable evening sunsets. I’m passionate about hiking, biking, BBQs, dogs, kids, and—most of all—people. I'm lucky to be surrounded by an amazing family, abundant sunshine, and a career I genuinely love. I count my blessings every single day. We’re also a proud retired Air Force family, and I will always treasure the time we spent as part of the USAF community.
