About Marion Hobbs
Marion realizes that most Buyers find their home on the internet. Consequently, a strong internet presence as well as the use of professional photos are included in her Marketing Package. Having downsized her self, Marion understands the unique challenges of Sellers going from "Big to Small", as well as Sellers listing the homes of loved ones. Marion helps Buyers find their dream home from current homes available as well as from homes not yet on the MLS. She strives to make all transactions a win/win situation for both the Buyer & the Seller. Marion & her husband Jan Hobbs, also a licensed Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Enchanted Lands, REALTORS®, have been residential property investors, in Roswell, for over 20 years. They enjoy working with new & seasoned investors. Marion has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison & a Masters, in Social Work, from New Mexico Highlands University. An adventure girl at heart, Marion enjoys U.S. & International travel of all sorts + spending time with her family & friends.
